Build small, ship early
Instead of planning big and polishing for long, we build something a useful size and put it into the world first. Reacting to real use is more accurate than predicting in advance.

Approach
How we build
If it needs a manual, it is built wrong
You should know what a service does the moment you open it. If tutorials and help text have to fill the gap, we treat that as unfinished design.
